Please review over the purchase contract and contact me for any questions, comments, or concerns before completing this application. I will contact you once I have reviewed the application and when puppies are available.  Please only complete this application if you are currently seeking a puppy and ready to purchase when puppy is available. I will delete any/all applications once potential buyer has been contacted and has already found a new puppy. You will need to fill out a  new application for each new litter.
